The Catalan Independence

Today are the parliamentary elections in Catalonia, but there are more than a normal elections because today we will know if the consultation will happen or not for the parties would be selected.(I know is a bit late to write this post) 

I recognise that I have never been very independentist (but not Spanish supporter too, I didn't mind) but in the last month I have changed a bit my opinion, because I see the stupid that are the Spanish government and all the cuts they do to the society and specially to education, taking into account the low level of the Spanish minister of education, Wert, that said that they have to "españolizar"(make more Spanish) the Catalan students. 

So now I see nearest than ever a possible independence so I'm not a fanatic of this because nobody says that is going to be better but it could be better so there are a minimum home of improvement.

About the candidates I don't like anybody, and if I could vote I won't vote anybody, because I don't believe in the politics,  but in my opinion the less bad could be that govern two parties and any party with majority because in this way they can't do whatever they want, and furthermore this is probably what will happen because the surveys say that will be elected Ciu, as the 1rt party, with Artur Mas as candidate, and Esquerra like 2nd party, with Jonqueres as  candidate.

Alonso VS Vettel

I'm not a big fan of Formula One but I usually see the races because I go to have lunch every Sunday on my grandmother's house with all the family, and there we usually see the Formula One, when the races are on the midday. On the last races the Formula One have became more interesting because since four weeks Alonso, the Spanish pilot where on the first position of the ranking but in the last weeks Vettel, the German pilot who won the last year competition, advanced Alonso in the ranking and now they both are in thirteen points of difference. During these last races Alonso have put the excuse that his car is worse than Vettel's one, but now he says that tomorrow he says that tomorrow he want that Vettel have an accident to win or happens something strange because there are predictions of rain. 

Apart of this, today in the qualifying race Vettel have finished in the 4th position and Alonso in the 8th position that are bad qualifying races comparing with other times, but a lot of people says that this is for the nerves and the stress of decide the final position in the final race.

Personally I want Alonso win the world champion but I know it's very difficult because how he says it have to happen something very strange because Vettel is in a quite good moment.

Tomorrow is going to be the great day when we will know the final ranking in the Grand prix of Brazil.

This song is one of my favourite songs because is a very cheerfully and optimistic and because lift your spirits in bad moments. The song talks about that all is going to be fine, and that every moment is a good time to be happy and to go out to party, so for me it says to that you don't have to worry for problems.

This song is singed for Owl city and Carly Rae Jepsen that the two both have became famous recently for this and other songs because she won recently the MTV music awards to the best new singer, the best song... for the song Call me maybe that is another very good song.

The ice killer

This new talks about this Spanish girl who live in Austria and killed her husband and her boyfriend. She is called the ice killer (la dama de hielo - in Spain) because she had an ice cream shop and she buried them on the basement. There she dismember the bodies and then save them in a freezer. 

I think this is a crazy woman  with double personality but in the trial her layer says as an excuse that her two partners tyrannise her, but I think that with the second victim is obvious that the partners wasn't the problem. Furthermore in the trial the girl said that she couldn't say anything more than she was sorry. For this I think that she probably have a double personality disorder. 

She is going to be in the prison for ever but I think that the punishment it could be more severe because I think it isn't the same to steal a lot of money than to kill two partners and dismember their bodies.

About the girl in the photo it seems a normal young girl and you will never think that this girl have done this but here you can see that the appearances are deceptive.

The French Catalonia

With all this problem of the independence of Catalonia the northern Catalonia in France has joined to the problem, and now they want the independence too. They say that Barcelona have been always their capital because Paris is much far and they identify themselves like Catalans.

For the moment there isn't problems but if Catalonia will arrive to be a country, will be a lot of problems with France for the people of these region, but if you look this with an overview it's normal this because, historically this part of France it was Catalonia and a lot of people there speaks Catalan, although that the French government doesn't recognise the Catalan like an official language.

Now they have started displaying bright red and yellow flags on the balconies of their hoses, and they feel more Catalan than ever because they see that a change in their lives is possible but in my opinion this is more difficult than the Catalonia independence because no everybody speaks Catalan and there is less people that wants the independence than here.

Introducing myself

My name is Roger Farrés and I'm 16 years old. I live in Castelló d'Empúries, that is a 10000 population village, that receive a lot of tourism because, the history of the village, the "terra de trobadors" festival, the channels and the small airport where you can do parachuting.

About my hobbies, I like, listening music, playing football, meeting friends... I play football in Sant Pere Pescador C. F. but I'm the goalkeeper. This year we are playing quite good and now we are in the fourth position. Apart of this I'm fan of F.C. Barcelona. About the music I like house, techno and, in general, English music. About meeting friends, I like to play FIFA on the playstation, or go out to play football but now we don't meet all so much because we spend a lot of hours with the batxillerat.

About what I've said of football I was a referee too the last year but now I'm not because of the batxillerat.

To sum up I have to say that the batxillerat is changing a lot my live because the hours it takes me have increased a lot looking at the hours the high school took me before.

Thirteen vs Adrian Mole

I think that this two stories are very different but they have some basic things in common like the Tracy and Adrian both are adolescents, with difficult situations at home and with low self-esteem. Apart of this basic similarities the stories happen completely different.

In thirteen Tracy is a young girl very influenciable that changes from a good student to a promiscuous rebel adolescent who cuts herself. I think that Evie is fault in this change because Tracy copy the behaviour of Evie, so Tracy is fault too in her change. I think the to main characters seems older than 13 but and the story is a bit false because is a bit exesibe that with 13 years an adolescent cut herself, uses drugs and has sex. For all this things she have a bad relationship with her parents because they want the better for her and she don't understand this.

On the other hand is Adrian Mole that is a shy adolescent and I think that the book is more boring than thirteen but is more realistic too. Apart of this Adrian has some stupid problems like a bully that hit him and he take care of an old man.

In my opinion I think that the adolescence is not like Adrian Mole or like thirteen but an intermediate of the both.

In or out of time

“In Time” is an action film starring by Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried with a lot of special effects that it are very powerful.

The plot is very sophisticated: this is a science-fiction film set in the future where people can live 25 years without complications and they grew up but then they stop ageing and they have only a year of time to live so they have to work to earn time because all it is paid by time so the society is divided in the ones who can live for ever and the ones who have to live for the day, and every day they are nearly out of time. All the people have a counter of time on their wrist.

About this I think that is very well designed and is very interesting.

Will, that is the main character, is a young boy of 28 year that live for the day in the poor part of the city, and in the beginning of the film her mother died because her times runs out. Then Will meet is in a bar and some boys are trying to steal the time to a rich man, Will help him and bring him to a safe zone. They sleep there. When Will wakes up he has a million of years in his counter and the other man isn’t there. She go to the rich part of the city and there he meet a girl. Meanwhile he is followed for the police, because it’s strange that he have this too much time. Then during the film they escape and she that was a son’s rich man, firs is angry but then she fall in love for him.

I like specially the plot and the special effects.

In general I think is a good film with a very well designed plot and very catchy.

So if you want to see an undemanding, visually exciting film with action and spectacular special effects go to see this film.

Tracker chips for students

This new talks especially about a particular case of that girl that has refused to wear the smart ID, but I want give my view especially about the smart student ID cards. This smart ID cards have been introduced at the start of the 2012 school year and they emit a radio-frequency identification. How it says in the photo of the web the school says that this is used to control the assistance of the students and make the school safer. This could be effective but people have to think in the people rights, because in this case it's a school of young boys but this    could mean that other people could know at any time wherever you are and furthermore the students are forced to wear this ID cards. How it was expected, already have arrived the first complaints.

My football team

I wrote about my football team the last year but I want to write again because it has been very strange this beginning of the season. This year we have chanced of category and now we are "juvenils" that is the category of 16,17 and 18 years old boys. At the end of the last season the team explain us that probably won't be "juvenils" because that year there's no team and we probably couldn't make a team with only 1st year boys. On august we went to the first training and we were 13 players, with 3 goalkeepers, so we were just the minimum to play. When it started the matches we were 15 and we decided to continue with the team although we were all of 1st year of the category and with 5 "cadets" in the team that were a year less, so we were going to play with 2 and 3 years older boys than us. We started the league and we lost the first match 9-1 against Juncaria and we all were disillusioned, but in the second match we win 3-0 against Navata and since these moment we are on fire because all things have gone good. In our field we haven't lost any match yet and how we can see in the ranking, we are in the 4th position with the same points as Juncaria and now we are 22 players in the team. If you don't know, I play in St. Pere Pescador as Goalkeeper.

The video: It's bad recorded and there isn't the introduccion, and the phone's memory was empty so the mobile only record until it can and there's no the moment when we give the diferent objects related with the injuries or when I talk about my injury or the conclusion.

Is the honesty the best policy?

I’d like to begin by saying that in our society, people tell a lot of lies and it’s normal to hear lies everywhere and tell lies to friend to don’t hurt people feelings, but you can tell white lies too in school about homework, to go out to your parents or something else.

Although, sometimes you should lie for other reasons. An example of this would be to don’t tell the truth to somebody that is going to die or don’t tell bad words to your friend or to the family of somebody that has just died.

However, it could be argued that sometimes you should tell the truth, but I think that if you know that you tell the truth you will receive consequences, you could lie, but at the same time you should tell the truth when you know that you will be discovered or when you don’t lose or gain anything by telling a lie.

To summarize, then I think that with all these examples and arguments, is obvious that in our society couldn’t exist without telling lies because we have normalized the lies and they have become a part of the daily life. And now we usually tell lies without feeling bad because we see this as normal behavior.

Fairy tale

Once upon a time there was a very big fat boy. He was sixteen years old and his name was James. Dear Sonia

I’m just writing this email to introduce myself. My name’s Roger Farrés and I’m 16 years old. I live in Castelló d’Empúries and I’m into football, music and adventure films.

Castelló d’Empúries is a small village in the north-east of Spain. On average there are 12000 citizens during the year but in the summer there are a lot of foreigners that come here to spend their holydays so it’s a good place because on the summer there are a lot of parties. This is good because during the summer you can see a lot of people on the beach and during the winter you can stay relaxed without people annoying you.

About my studies I have just started to do the scientific batxillerat but I still don’t know what I’m going to do in my future but thinking of the optional subjects I have choose I can do medicine, odontology or something related.
