Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to enquire about the possible penalties that could suppose the violation of human rights. Moreover I’m writing to inform about the Spanish government actions which are violating human rights.

Currently, in Spain a lot of Human rights are not guaranteed like the right of moving freely for the countries. In this case the Spanish authorities are shooting African migrants to force them to go back to their countries when they try to cross the borderline. A second right which is being violated is the right to shelter because a lot of people are becoming homeless due to the crisis and the authorities are not helping them.

Would it be possible to advise Spanish government to guarantee the compliment of human rights? I would be grateful if you could keep an eye on the Spanish government actions to check on the current situation of the country.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Roger Farrés Catalán
